Place all ingredients except collagen powder, in the blender and blend until smooth. Once smooth add collagen and mix until incorporated (this foams up the smoothie a bit). Enjoy!
Not included in the MFP macros (but feel free to add):
50 g blueberries
½-1 tablespoon coconut butter
Cut ⅔ of the rind off your lemon slice, pending you have a good blender that will get it nice and smooth. My Blentec blends it well enough that there are no chunks remaining. If your blender doesn’t blend super well, maybe cut all the rind off.
I put 20 g (weight) of collagen powder in this recipe. That amount equates to 20g of protein. You can adjust the weight of yours if it’s different.
