Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (~41 g) pop corn kernels
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon (8 g) PB2 powder
  • 1 tablespoon (~8 g)powdered sugar

Instructions

Using a hot air popper, pop the popcorn. While popcorn is popping gather the other ingredients. While the popcorn is still hot, sprinkle with PB2 powder, salt, and powdered sugar; toss until evenly coated. Enjoy!
