  • 1 slice bread, toasted
  • 2 servings egg whites (6 tablespoons = 10 g protein)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • 1 wedge light Laughing Cow Cheese wedge
  • Everything but the Bagel Seasoning, to taste


In a small bowl whisk egg white and egg with the water and salt & pepper. Whisk vigorously; this incorporates air into the egg mixture and makes a fluffy egg for topping the toast. In a medium/large size skillet heat over medium or medium-low and lightly grease with cooking spray. Once the skillet is heated, pour egg mixture on. Let it cook for a minute or two until it's cooked enough to fold up the sides. Fold sides in as it cooks so you get a square/rectangle (the prefect shape for topping your toasted bread). Flip and cook it on the other side until it's cooked to your liking.

Toast the slice of bread and spread it with the laughing cow cheese, sprinkle with the seasoning, top with the cooked egg and enjoy!
