Tiffani had been battling with her weight since she was a young girl and it just expedited after having her children. She was tired of lowering her calories more and wanted to change! She joined MACROS 101 in the third trimester of her 5th pregnancy. She learned to poke holes in her beliefs and now can say she actually likes herself and believes in herself. She has joined her husband in running races and is wearing cute styles she never thought possible prior to M101.
