This open-face breakfast sandwich is one of my go-to breakfasts. It's delicious, easy and keeps me happy for a few hours! It's a great pre-workout meal in the morning. The secret in this dish is the lite Laughing Cow Cheese and the Everything But the Bagel Seasoning (see note below). The seasoning really makes the sandwich, and paired with the creamy cheese it's just plain ol' good!
This isn't so much a recipe, as it is a method. So I didn't create a MFP food log for this, it's just too versatile, and depending on the bread you use, the nutrition is quite variable.
Here's the line up for the sandwich (directions in recipe below):
-1 slice toast
-2 servings egg whites (from a carton)
-1 large whole egg
-1 wedge laughing cow cheese
-everything but the bagel seasoning (trader joe's) or make your own seasoning
-optional breakfast meat (Candian bacon is a favorite low fat, low carb and high protein choice)

Calories 284 C 24 g F 10 g P 23 g
(add a serving of Canadian bacon and add ~70 cal C 0 g F 1.5 P 12 g)
