Today I'm sharing a favorite popcorn recipe with PB2 powder! It's the perfect snack. It makes one serving, but can definitely be shared if you must. 😉
This is a good snack/treat for adding fiber and protein into your day. Most treats are pretty low in protein. This has 11 g of protein/serving and about 7 g of fiber!
