I’m late to this party, but oh man, this was so well done and explained. I have the same hang-ups about intuitive eating and “diet culture” labels, but you were able to lay them out so well and help me give more voice to why I feel that way. I’m definitely still early in my journey for figuring out how to eat in a way that feels right and good for me, but I love hearing well reasoned ideas like these! Thank you!
